All kinds of Front load Bins / rear load bins can be designed and manufactured here in Hero equipment. Usually standard sizes like 1.5 cubic meter, 3 cubic meter and 4.5 cubic meter can be recommended, besides customized bins can also be achieved according to your designs or requirements.
 
Normally we use Q235 or Q345 as the materials to build the bins, but if you have special requirements on higher grade of steel, we can also source for you.
 
Regarding the surface treatment, we can paint the bins in your color or in H.D.G.  In addition, extra steel lids and casters can also be provided here, we welcome you to contact us for more information.

Product Details

Side Pockets

Our side pockets can be welded or bolted onto the front load bins, which means they will be supplied in either way you like. Usually if you get the bins in hot dipped galvanized. we suggest you ordering them in "bolted" type.

Casters
——
We can supply you a full set of casters, which should be two fixed and two swivel ones. Steel or steel with PU outside casters can be supplied.

Plastic Lids
——
Different colorful plastic lids can be supplied. And we can supply samples for your inspection.

Product Application

skip bins are commonly used to hold open-topped loads of construction and demolition waste or other waste and litter types, fitted with user friendly drop down wheel barrow door for ease of access.  building supplies can be delivered to a site in a skip that is later used to remove waste. Skip bins are also used for various cleaning-out jobs that need much material to be taken away, and at factories producing large quantities of scrap metal. The material in the skip may be taken to a landfill, recycled or recovered/disposed of in some other way.
